Performance is Alive

And lighting gives it breath.

My artistic practice is driven by a deep understanding of the transformative power of light. I believe that light has the ability to shape and elevate the human experience, creating immersive environments that evoke emotion, enhance narratives, and captivate audiences.

With a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of storytelling, I strive to craft dynamic and evocative lighting designs that seamlessly integrate with the overall production. By utilizing a diverse palette of colors, intensities, and textures, I aim to create visually stunning compositions that enhance the mood, amplify the performers' presence, and guide the audience's attention.

Collaboration lies at the heart of my process, working closely with directors, choreographers, designers, and performers to realize their artistic vision. Through effective communication and understanding of intentions, I seek to translate everyone's ideas into tangible lightscapes that enhance and elevate the live experience.

Ultimately, my goal is to create a symbiotic relationship between light and performance, transforming spaces into immersive worlds that leave a lasting impression on both the audience and the artists themselves. Through my designs, I aim to transport viewers into new realms, ignite their imagination, and leave them with a sense of awe and wonder.
